Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need experience to start? Not at all. Most of our members walk in with zero boxing or Muay Thai background. Ranger Base is built for beginners — we'll teach you the fundamentals at a pace that works for you, no pressure, no judgment.
What should I bring to my first class?Just workout clothes and a water bottle. We've got gloves, wraps, and pads on-site, so you don't need to buy anything before your first session. Book a trial and we'll walk you through what to expect.
Is Ranger Boxing Gym good for women?Yes. Plenty of our members are women, and several of our classes and photos on the site reflect that. Muay Thai and boxing build strength, confidence, and stress relief — no prior fitness level required.
What age can kids start? Our Ranger Youth Program is for kids 6–14, running daily at 4:00–5:00 PM. It's built around discipline, confidence, and coordination — with plenty of fun mixed in. Safety comes first at every session.
How much does it cost? Is there a trial?Yes — book a trial session first, and we'll recommend the right plan for your goals afterward. Membership runs on simple monthly pricing (12-, 6-, or 3-month options), with member class pricing for adults and kids if you'd rather pay per class. Message us on LINE and we'll walk you through current pricing.
Do I need to book in advance? We recommend it, especially for your first visit or for private sessions, so we can make sure a coach is ready for you. Message us on LINE (@rangerboxinggym) or call 096-428-0988 to book.
